| Steven B. Greenapple
In addition to his ESOP work, Steve is also experienced in designing and implementing other forms of equity-based compensation plans such as stock appreciation rights, phantom stock plans, and stock option plans. He is frequently brought into transactions as special ESOP counsel by a client’s regular corporate counsel.
Steve is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership as well as The ESOP Association, where he served as the New Jersey Chapter Secretary from 1992-1997 and currently serves as the Vice President, Metropolitan New York area, of the New Jersey/New York Chapter and on the Legislative and Regulatory Committee. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and seminars.
Steve received his B.S. from Cornell University and his J.D. from Cornell Law School. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. He has received Martindale-Hubbel's highest "AV" rating.
