Rob Edwards concentrates his practice in the areas of employee ownership, equity-based compensation, and general corporate and employee benefits law. He is a leading advisor to many public and private companies that have adopted or considered adopting an employee stock ownership plan.
Rob lectures and writes frequently on the uses of ESOPs in ownership transition planning for privately held companies. He is a member of The ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership, and a trustee of the Employee Ownership Foundation.
He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and a cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan Law School. He is admitted to practice in Rhode Island.
