| Mary Beth H. Gray
Mary Beth Gray joined Steiker, Fischer, Edwards & Greenapple, P.C. as a partner in 2005. Her practice is largely transactional and involves designing Employee Stock Ownership Plans and representing clients in acquisitions, financing matters and general corporate matters. She has represented both large public and small private companies in a variety of transactions and reorganizations.
Mary Beth serves on the Board of Directors of Covenant House Pennsylvania, an organization that provides services to homeless youth. Prior to joining SFE&G, Mary Beth was a partner in the Business Department of Kleinbard, Bell & Brecker, LLP, where she focused primarily on mergers and acquisitions, securities law and financing transactions, including municipal finance. Mary Beth also has experience as an associate in the Business and Finance Department of the Philadelphia office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP and in the Public Law Department of the Boston law firm of Palmer & Dodge LLP.
Mary Beth received her law degree cum laude in 1993 from Boston University School of Law, where she was an Editor of the American Journal of Law & Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree cum laude in 1988 from Harvard University. Mary Beth is admitted to the Bars of Pennsylvania and Massachusetts.
