Steven Greenapple presented at the 2005 RV Dealers Association conference in Las Vegas, NV. Steve has significant experience advising RV dealers on ESOPs and ownership transition issues.
In front of an audience of leading RV executives, Steve explained how ESOPs can facilitate the tax-efficient sale of part or all of a privately-held business. He also discussed how ESOPs can generate liquidity for shareholders and why ESOPs have become such a powerful management incentive and an important employee benefit.
