| Jim Steiker and Steve Greenapple Present at The ESOP Association's 10th Annual S Corp Conference
SES Advisors is a proud supporter of The ESOP Association. The 10th Annual S Corp Conference traditionally attracts over 300 attendees from S Corporation ESOP companies, as well as ESOP companies considering becoming S Corporations. This program provided relevant information on what it takes to comply with current S Corporation law and regulations, and highlighted operating the ESOP so as to maximize return to employees and the S corporation through the ESOP.
In February 2008, Jim Steiker and Steve Greenapple, as well as SES Advisors' Senior ESOP Administrator, Mychelle Holloway, presented at the conference in Lake Buena Vista, FL.
