Missy Woessner, RP® is a National Federation of Paralegal Associations PACE registered paralegal in the firm's office in Burlington, Vermont. Missy has extensive experience focusing on advanced estate planning, estate administration, corporate law and Employee Stock Ownership Plans. 

Missy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Studies from Johnson State College, and an Associate degree in Paralegal Studies from Woodbury College in Montpelier, Vermont. She has more than 25 years of experience as a paralegal, is a member of the Vermont Paralegal Organization and the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, and an associate member of the American Bar Association and the Vermont Bar Association.
