Steve Magowan presented two sessions:
"An Introduction to Employee Ownership: Why, What, How?" Steve discussed the basics of employee ownership, whether it makes sense for your company and different ways to structure a company to give employees a stake in their future.
"Transitioning to an ESOP" This session helped attendees learn the steps in creating an ESOP. Attendees left with a complete roadmap for starting and managing an ESOP at their company.
Bob Massengill , President of SES Advisors, presented "Financing an ESOP." Where does the money come from to finance an ESOP transaction? This session explored the various ways to finance a new ESOP.
