Barbara has more than 23 years of employee benefit consulting experience, particularly in the areas of legal compliance, design and administration of employee benefit plans.

Barbara has expertise in the review of domestic relation orders for plan administrators, development of policies for plan administrators to comply with the Internal Revenue Code and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, and assisting clients with reporting and disclosure requirements for retirement and welfare plans.

Prior to joining SFE&G, Barbara was a compliance specialist in the Philadelphia office of AON Consulting's retirement practice. Barbara earned a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University and also received a certificate of graduation for the Employee Benefit Plans course from the Philadelphia Institute of Paralegal Training.
