Tabitha is a shareholder of Steiker, Fischer, Edwards & Greenapple, P.C., a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership, and a member and past chapter officer of The ESOP Association. She speaks at ESOP conferences nationwide and presents regularly on how ESOPs can be an effective exit or transition planning tool for owners of closely held businesses.
Tabitha received her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, magna cum laude with Order of the Coif honors. She is also a summa cum laude graduate of Elmira College. Tabitha was selected to the list of 2009 Up & Coming Businesswomen by the Rochester Women's Network and as a 2006 Up & Coming attorney by the Daily Record of Rochester. She is admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania.
