| Tabitha M. Croscut
Tabitha is a member of the National Center for Employee Ownership as well as The ESOP Association, where she served as the Vice President of Membership for the NJ/NY chapter. She is a frequent speaker at ESOP conferences nationwide and presents regularly for Pinnacle Equity Solutions, Inc. on how ESOPs can be an effective exit or transition planning tool for owners of closely held businesses.
Tabitha received her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law, magna cum laude with Order of the Coif honors. She is also a summa cum laude graduate of Elmira College. Tabitha was selected to the list of 2009 Up & Coming Businesswomen by the Rochester Women's Network and as a 2006 Up & Coming attorney by the Daily Record of Rochester.
