Steve Greenapple, shareholder at SFE&G, will present at NCEO's Best Practices for S Corporation ESOPs seminar to be held October 2-3, 2012 in Atlanta, GA. This seminar is part of a two-day symposium that will explore the most important issues for ESOP companies. The first day is useful for a general audience but specifically designed for companies trying to decide whether to establish an ESOP. Day 2 will go into greater depth and will also help companies that currently have S corporation ESOPs get the maximum possible benefit.
